Lolik Trends (https://lolikai.com) is operated by PE STOCK SOLUTION S.R.L. (J23/8579/2022 · CUI 47346567 · VAT RO47506080), Str. Milano nr. 45, Buftea, Ilfov 070000, Romania. By creating an account or using the site, the API or the MCP server, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Lolik is a trend-intelligence tool: it tracks public signals across YouTube, Google Trends and news, scores them, and generates AI briefs, angles and possible monetization paths. Every output is a calculated possibility, not a promise — outcomes depend on your execution. Nothing here is financial, investment or legal advice.

Parts of the product are in active development and marked accordingly. During beta, features may change or be temporarily unavailable. We publish what works and what doesn't — honestly — on the site.

You must be at least 16, provide accurate information, and keep your credentials safe. One free account per person — creating multiple accounts to farm free credits is a violation and gets all of them closed. You're responsible for activity under your account and API keys.

Usage is metered in credits. The cost of each action is shown before you run it, and current plan prices and allowances are published on /pricing. Free trial credits expire 14 days after signup. Paid plans (once billing launches) refill monthly. Per-day API figures are rate ceilings, not included volume. Cancellation and refunds are described in the Refund Policy.

API keys are personal to your account and rate-limited per plan. You may build products and automations on top of the API. You may not resell, republish or redistribute raw API responses as a dataset or competing feed, share keys between accounts, or circumvent rate limits and metering. We may throttle or suspend keys that abuse the service.

Use the service lawfully. Don't probe, scrape outside the API, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access. Don't use outputs to spam, defraud or mislead. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other users at risk — with notice where reasonable.

Trends come from public sources (YouTube Data API, Google Trends, public news/RSS). Using the YouTube-powered parts of Lolik also binds you to the YouTube Terms of Service. Sources can change or restrict access at any time; we don't guarantee the continuous availability of any specific source, and we'll always label degraded data honestly rather than fabricate it.

The platform, its scoring and its data compilations are ours. What you submit (drafts, questions, configurations) stays yours. AI outputs generated for you are yours to use; because they're generated from shared public signals, similar outputs may be produced for other users — no exclusivity is implied.

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Confidence labels (observed / AI-estimated / pending) mean exactly what they say — treat them accordingly. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we're not liable for indirect damages or lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and that can't be waived.

You can delete your account at any time by emailing contact@lolikai.eu. We can terminate accounts that breach these terms; where the breach is fixable we'll say what and why. Sections that by nature survive (liability, ownership) survive termination.

We may update these terms; significant changes get notice by email or in-product, and the date above always reflects the current version. These terms are governed by Romanian law; EU consumers keep the protections of their home country's consumer law. Also read the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Refund Policy.
