Lolik is currently in free beta — you sign up without a card and get free credits, so there is nothing to refund yet. This page describes the policy that applies from the day paid plans launch, published in advance so there are no surprises.

Try before you pay — always

The free tier exists precisely so you can evaluate the real product — real data, real scores, nothing watered down — before paying. No card required to test.

14-day money-back on your first payment

If you subscribe and Lolik isn't for you, email contact@lolikai.eu within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full — no questions asked. When a refund is issued, the subscription closes and any unspent credits are removed immediately. Money returns to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

The guarantee applies to your first subscription payment — one per customer. Renewal payments aren't refundable, but you can cancel anytime (below) so a renewal never surprises you.

Cancelling

Cancel whenever you want, effective at the end of the paid period — you keep access and credits until then, and you're simply not charged again. No cancellation fees, no retention hoops.

Credit top-ups

One-off credit top-ups are refundable within 14 days of purchase if entirely unspent. Once any of those credits are used, the top-up is consumed and no longer refundable.

EU consumers

If you're a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Our first-payment guarantee is designed to meet it in the most customer-friendly reading: full refund, no justification needed, even after you've used the service. Statutory rights that can't be waived remain unaffected by anything on this page.

Fair use of this policy

The guarantee exists for honest evaluation, not as a free-usage loop. Repeatedly subscribing, consuming credits and refunding leads to us declining further service. If a charge looks wrong, contact us before opening a bank dispute — we resolve refunds faster than a chargeback does.
